TUESDAY/FRIDAY GROUP for Tuesday Oct 20

  • Tuesday Oct 27 – Listening and Reading Assessments
    • Unit Quizlet – can you recognize these words when you hear/read them?
    • Practice Reading – there are 4 profiles on pages 34 & 35
  • Thursday Oct 29 – Writing/Orals
    • Information on the Orals will be coming – check back here!
    • I cannot stress how important the practice work on page 42 is. Practice the sentences. The answer key is on page 44.
    • Practice writing sentences in Japanese on page 41 – answer key on page 43
    • Please also be able to write out from memory something that you eat/drink for each of breakfast, lunch and dinner (and the meal words too!)

MONDAY/THURSDAY GROUP for Thursday Oct 22

  • page 36 – self check
  • Handing in sentences
    • Your 5 food/how often sentences you used for speaking
    • 2 sentences you wrote about your partner
    • Add 6 sentences.
      • “For breakfast I eat…..。そして、(and) I drink….
        • Level up – add a ‘how often word
        • Level up – add an extra sentence commenting on the food (I really like toast.)
      • Do for lunch and dinner as well
  • Page 4 of Jose’s story…おんがく means music

      • For 2 write “I think I’ll…”  　Eg. モールに行くとおもう。
    • For 2 write ” I think I won’t do…”　Eg. モールに行かないとおもう。
    • For 2 write “Please don’t…”　　　Eg. モールに　行かないで下さい。
