    • Audio file of the story (not available for all)
    • A list of key grammar/vocabulary

HOW DO I UNDERSTAND WHAT I AM READING?

You’ll ignore this probably but if you really want to understand…and improve…follow these key steps. They’re the same ones we use in class!

    1. Use the audio provided to do the following…and do it page by page!
    2. Listen to the Audio/Read a page
    3. After listening go through it again using the Vocabulary Resource
    4. Listen to the audio again as you read along
    5. If you like – write down words you think you will use again!
    6. Move on!
    7. When you are finished ‘reading’ go over the whole story one more time – using the audio!
