Unit book page 10 – read Yuji’s paragraph with your partner and then make notes about the things he says in the paragraph in English. (there should be room on the page to do this)
Handout – complete the “spot the error” handout – with your partner. Then get a key and check.
Unit book –Read pages 21-30 about the Ainu people. Then watch the video about the Ainu people on the Ainu&Fox resources page (under Japanese 11 resources) Once this is done – then complete page 20. NOTE: You are to do this after reading and watching and NOT ‘while’ reading and watching.

Talking questions — you are to compose 2 questions for each topic. These questions should inspire discussion – not be ones with ‘yes/no’ answers. This should be grade 12 level questions using what we have learned and not just “what time do you get up in the morning?’ or “what do you like to do after school”. Try for some interesting (yet appropriate) ones!
Unit book – page 57 (?) (the number may be slightly off) – the title (English) is “What do you like about Tokyo?” – audio on the Explore Tokyo Resources page. Listen and fill in what you hear.
