    3. why you selected Japanese as your language option – what interests you the most? what do you hope to learn?

Samples of sentences were provided and past information could be used as a model. Having the sentences checked is not part of the criteria..just that you were to have your sentences done before you started the poster…See you Monday!

    • In Japanese he can sing 2 songs.
    • He can walk with 3 dogs.
    • He can play “League of Legends” with 3 friends for 8 hours.
    • At the same time he can use 1 cell phone and 1 computer!
  • Write at least 3 (minimum) and up to 5 talents of your own. Try to include either how well you do the activity and even how many of certain things you can do. Counting words are on page 13. Can Do rules are on page 19/20

  • 5 going to a place to do sentences….adding reasons why to 3 of them
  • new unit book page 11 – sentences a-p (NOT  the pictures – the sentences below). For each identify in what season in Japan you would be MOST likely to do this activity.  Write the kanji or hiragana (but if you write the kanji you must include how to say it at least once!) either beside the phrase or in the space underneath. If you truly feel it is do-able in ANY season you can write どんなきせつにでも (in any season) OR しき(四き)(four seasons).  NOTE (b) is 水上スキー(すいじょうスキーwaterskiing)  (d) is a school trip that in Japan usually happens in the spring.

  • pick one person on page 10 and describe how they look – (only write 5 things) a sample of how to do it is on page 11!
  • read page 11 and fill in the information on page 12
  • watch this video and come with the information on how to determine if a verb (action word) is in Group 1, Group 2 or Group 3….notes required.
